For addicts the best way to feel good is to first admit you are dependent on cannabis, and give yourself space, inspiration and care. These factors will trigger the strength to give up.

Think about the consequences cannabis use has on yourself, on the negative outcomes, slowly work on whether you want to lead this kind of life or change for the better. You can write down your ideal kind of life, on how much you want to socialize or feel loved, or whether you want to lead an introverted life, where you are within your own space.
